BIDDEFORD, Maine -- After finishing as runners-up at the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championship the past three seasons, veteran head coach Ron Ouellette and the Nor'easters feel they have the roster to break through and bring a men's cross country title to the University of New England.
