BIDDEFORD, Maine -- Veteran University of New England cross country coach Ron Ouellette will have a roster of 28 at his disposal when the Nor'easters begin defense of their Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) championship Sept. 5 at the Shacklette Invitational hosted by Saint Anselm College.
